Shaz works closely with temporary residents (TR), assisting eligible clients to purchase property while on temporary visas, where lender policy allows. For those not yet eligible, he helps draft clear and practical lending roadmaps so they are ready to buy as soon as Permanent Residency (PR) is granted. This includes planning around deposit requirements, lender selection, policy timing, and application readiness.

Known for explaining complex lending scenarios in plain language, Shaz ensures clients feel informed and confident from start to settlement. He also supports clients who prefer to communicate in Hindi or Punjabi, ensuring lending structures, policy requirements, and next steps are clearly understood.
