He supports clients with acquisitions, refinancing, and equity release strategies designed to support long-term wealth creation goals.
Shaz also works closely with temporary residents, assisting eligible clients to purchase property while on temporary visas where lender policy allows. For those not yet eligible, he helps create practical lending roadmaps so they are well positioned to buy once Permanent Residency is granted, including guidance around deposit requirements, lender selection, policy timing, and application readiness.
